Well, that’s unfortunate!
I was actually surprised by all the people who remembered the passing comment I made all the way back (a year ago!) on page 6 about most local beasts being somewhat less edible than the eshe. The bear is no exception I guess! Sticks and mossy stones are not so good for keeping a tribe well fed through the winter. :\
I’ve really been trying to get more regular updates out lately, so I will see you next week with another installment. Enjoy the page!

Hah, I was trying to get alternating colors on comments and needed to check if it was working. I then ended up totally breaking the site, sort-of fixing it, but then it was so late I went to bed and didn’t delete my test comments
Coming back to say I just love the writhing bear in the first panel.
Aeh, does this rock? Or doesn’t it? I’m confused. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t rock for the bear, because it’s losing them, but it also doesn’t for the tribe people. Or does it?

I just wanted to say I really love this comic. I think the style and coloring are just gorgeous – and I say this even after reading Cealdian! I love it.
Love the artwork, but then I loved the work on Celadian too, and that one died for lack page updates. Hope you are able to keep this one up, Annie.

It’s possible they’ll be able to track the Eshe again when the chaos clears. They’ll panic, they’ll run, but I doubt they’ll go more than a half-day’s walk farther all at once. An extra day or so out and back is better than returning empty-handed.

I am actually not much of a gamer so I have never played it, but I do get that a lot! I hear it is pretty good so I will take that as a compliment
